Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
• Create and manage social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze social media performance data and use insights to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Experience in creating and managing social media content across various platforms.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to analyze performance data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices is a plus.
